Once you have created high-quality unique content you can send email to the most relevant website and influencers in your vertical market offering them to link your content. Also contact all the website you have mentioned and linked in your content. Even if only few create a link back to your content, you will gain some backlink and your page rank will go up.

Don’t forget to create internal links among your articles to make it easier for Google crawler to discover your content faster and increases the linked page PageRank.
