It doesn’t matter if you have a plan to integrate your eCommerce with Machine Learning or not. Pretty soon, you will!
Start preparing by collecting more data about your users’ behavior. The more data you have, the more effective your Machine Learning will be.

Make sure your data is clean, without duplicates, easy accessible and consistent. If you are keeping only a subset of the data generated by the user, this is the time to change that and start recording everything that can help you define the profile of your customers. make sure you do not discard very important information like: abandoned carts, browsing history, length and time of visits, ip of the user device.

Check my recent post for a complete list of actions you can take right now to prepare your data for a Machine Learning future.
