Leading a Startup Leaves Times For Little Else

Startup CEOs should focus on only one key objective: guiding the company to its next growth phase. This is a very challenging task that leaves little room for distractions.

If a startup’s CEO spends time consulting, promoting himself on social media instead of the company, or juggling two jobs, they are very unlikely to succeed in leading the company to success.
This doesn’t mean a startup’s CEO should not relax or enjoy life; but the startup should be their top and only priority.

Many people claim they want to take their ideas to success by creating a startup but don’t want or can’t put 100% of their energy into it—a perfect recipe for failure.
